The Croix d'Austeran range
The variety of terroirs in the Bordeaux appellation means that this pleasant wine does not undergo different climatic conditions from one year to the next.

Geographical location
The diversity of terroirs and the varied clay-limestone and gravel soils ensure good maturity whereas the sandy-clay soils give it a fine, sweet quality.
The winemaking process
Malolactic fermentation: traditional fermentation in a vat, carried out at the property after alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is clarified for 10 days using gelatine of plant origin.
