variety of terroirs in the Bordeaux appellation
means that this pleasant wine does not

Geographical

clay-limestone and gravel soils ensure
good maturity whereas the sandy-clay soils
give it a fine, sweet quality. |

The winemaking process |
Malolactic
fermentation: traditional fermentation
in a vat, carried out at the property
after alcoholic fermentation.
